Ginnie Monk Jewellery takes great pride in crafting premium quality jewellery showcasing craftsmanship and elegance. We do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Should you have any questions about a particular piece of jewellery, please contact us before placing an order. If, however, you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

28-Day Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 28-day return and refund policy, starting from the date you receive your jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this period. Please ensure that your return is postmarked within this period to qualify.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact us through Contact Info on this website, or via email ginnymonkjewellery@gmail.com. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return. Returns must be made by the original purchaser.
  2. Secure Packaging: Ensure that the item is re-salable, unworn, and in the same pristine condition as when you received it in the original box and packaging.
  3. Shipping: When returning jewellery, we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. We also recommend using Special Delivery or Tracked Royal Mail services for insurance purposes as we cannot be responsible for any returned items until they reach us. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs before this point, including while the items are in transit. In such situations proof of postage will be required by the customer to make a claim with Royal Mail or any other courier used. Please be aware that any postage or courier fees incurred for returning unwanted items will not be refunded.
  4. Return Address: You will be provided with the return address when you contact our Customer Service team. Please make sure to write your order number clearly on the package to expedite the processing of your return.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our expert team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process may take up to 3 business days.

Refund Options

Upon successful inspection of your returned item, we offer two refund options:

  1. Full Refund: We will refund the full purchase price of the item to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  2. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will work with you to select a suitable replacement item of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Please be aware of the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for returns and refunds, but the refunded amount will reflect the sale price.
  • Custom made orders or modified pieces
  • Personalised pieces

Cancellations

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please email us and we will let you know the status of your order. If your item has already been despatched, we may accept a return and provide a refund (see Returns/Refunds above for further details) although any shipping charges will not be refunded.
