Delivery Overview

  1. Items in stock will be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days from receipt of your order.
  2. All items will be sent to the billing address supplied with the order. If your order is a gift and you wish it to be delivered directly to the recipient, we are more than happy to do so; in such cases, please make sure the correct name and address is supplied in the Shipping Address section.
  3. For orders below £75, standard delivery in the UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. This service is tracked but NOT insured.
  4. For extra peace of mind you can upgrade at the Checkout stage (for a small additional fee) your shipping to Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This is both tracked AND insured.
  5. For orders over £75 we offer complimentary Royal Mail Special Delivery, a service offering both tracking and insurance. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

** Delivery charges may increase from time to time in line with increases by Royal Mail or other such carriers used. If you have made a purchase and the delivery charges have increased and we have not been able to update the website, we will inform you before posting the item and request the additional sum if deemed necessary. 
 
** Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we are unable to guarantee exact dates once items are posted. Please note that as per Royal Mail policy, delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays

Packaging

My handmade jewellery is beautifully presented in an eco-friendly gift box and bag and shipped in recycled eco-friendly packaging where possible.

International Customers

I regret that, at this time, I am unable to offer international delivery due to increased charges and export regulations, particularly to the EU and Northern Ireland. I hope to be able to resume international delivery at some point in the future.

Payment

  • Our accepted payment method is through Paypal.
  • Payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use online payment providers who will encrypt your information or bank account details in a secure environment.
